	MCO Express, just took over the shuttle contract for the Orlando Embassy Suites Hotel. I was very pleasantly suprised at how Courteous and punctual they were. They are doing a GREAT Job. 	In June 2007 I took 31 Girl Scouts from Elizabeth, New Jersey to the Kissimmee, Florida area to visit 4 theme parks. MCO Express was recommended to me by the hotel we were staying at. We contracted MCO Express for our 1 week stay in Kissimmee and would like to share with other potential customers what a first class operation MCO Express is. MJ, his drivers, and staff could not have been more gracious, accomodating, dependable and courteous. They were always there to help us with luggage, giving us tips on things we shouldn^t miss out, accommodating us with pick-up times. MCO Express is definitely the best transportation for groups in the Kissimmee area and wouild highly use their services again and strongly recommend them. 	I would like to take this opportunity to thank MCO Express and it’s employees for a wonderful job they did for the Pride of Panther land Band from Fort Stockton, TX. These guys were definitely "Top Shelf". They knew how to take care of people, were very dependable, and courteous. I would highly recommend them for anyone wishing to get the very best transportation in Florida. Taking a large group to another state and doing all the various activities as what we did have a certain level of anxiety that goes along with this. 	While I was doing my walk-around this evening I came across guest sitting outside of 534, and decided to stop and chat with them. They could not stop raving about the hotel and especially the shuttle service. They could not stop talking about the shuttle driver about how professional and courteous he was. They are from a small town in Wisconsin and rarely get a chance to see the world outside their small town (population 1,000). They kept me for about 15 minutes raving!!! This is great, and should be the standard ! of expectations from all our guests. Our goal this year should be to give this experience to ALL of our guests. 	Hello MJ, Well we are back from our trip and I must say, Your company (MCO Express) and it’s service was superb and highly recommended. We travelled from our hotel near Orlando airport to Port Canaverel on Jan 21 2006. At the hotel and on the way to the port we saw all kinds of people crammed inside small cargo vans with numerous company logo’s on the side claiming express transfers. However they were clearly not that comfortable. We were travelling with 6 people including 1 infant, 2 young children and 3 adults. We had a ton of luggage and there is no way a cargo van would have fit all of us in plus our luggage and then try to fit others in as well. That would have been a nightmare. MCO express shuttles are brand new mercedes benz vehicles that have tons of space and lots more for luggage. They also include the "life saver" (a huge flat screen television with DVD player, the biggest I’ve ever seen in a vehicle) We played disney movies all the way to and from the port and the kids were quiet as a mouse the whole way. We were by no means cramped and our driver MJ was pleasant and kind as could be. We got dropped off right outside the Disney cruise terminal where the Disney people took our bags as soon as we stepped off the MCO shuttle. You couldn’t ask for better door to door service. When our week long cruise was finished we literally walked out of the Disney terminal and there was MJ with the MCO express van waiting for us. (there were hundreds and hundreds of people waiting around in the hot sun for a ride somewhere and had been there for quite a while. Not us, we were out of the terminal and driving down the highway in a matter of minutes not hours. To top all that off we wanted to go to Universal Studios before our flight came later that day. MCO Express let us keep all our luggage in the van while we had fun at Universal. When we were done MCO express drove us right to our flight terminal at Orlando International. No confusion no worries and in total comfort. All prices were arranged up front and gratutities added on ahead so there was no need to carry any cash. Both drivers were nice curteous and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable. Thanks MJ for helping make our trip as great as it was. Frank Miscione and Family. 	Linda, As usual, you knocked it outa’ the park. Everything went great. Let me tell you, MCO Express was great! The driver met us at Orlando with the van and then informed us that we were his ONLY passengers! They came all the way for JUST US! To top that....the OWNER had all of his vans out when we got back sooooo he came in his personal Lexus SUV to take us back to Orlando. To make it even better, the ship was late getting back because we had to stop in Miami for a medical emergency. The MCO Express owner sat in his own Lexus from 7:45 AM until we got off the ship at 11:30 AM!! To go even further, his two-year old daughter’s B-Day party was being held up, waiting for him to get home. The party was supposed to be at 11:00 AM but, because he had to wait for us they held up the party. He was in a bit of a hurry, after waiting all morning but, he was NOT unpleasant in the slightest. He was very nice about it and understood that it simply was what it was. You might consider using this guy alot more. For the small amount I paid I think he went in the hole but, nobody from MCO ever gave the slightest impression that we were a hassle. GOOD CHOICE! GOOD SERVICE!! I’ll tell ANYONE that that company really bent over backwards for me! Matthew Brown
	I deal with several different transportation companies and yesterday’s experience was by far the best I have seen in Orlando. The drivers were on time, friendly and very helpful. The vehicles were super comfortable and the flat screen TV w/ a DVD movie was an excellent idea, it made being up at 5am tolerable. I would like you to get me some more information on using their services for future events. It’s nice to have a company like this on file for any clients that are looking for A+ Transportation.
